Many issues!

NO HOT WATER I do not recommend living here. Do not buy condo here, do not rent here. It is winter time very cold outside, all the time, every week, no hot water. Inconvenient especially for families with kids. Very old buildings and mold in the basement under building where boiler room is.

Avoid at all costs

I write very few reviews of any place. But I really felt I needed to warn people away from Vines. I lived here 1997-2001. Recently I have moved out after living here again 4 years. The place had deteriorated before we moved in the second time. But it has gotten even worse these past 4. Common areas have declined: no pool, no tennis courts, poor to no yard maintenance, grills are now banned on your patio. And with others, I also had my rent check stolen from their mail box. I had to file... a police report and there was no apology from management. I could go on and on about place. Avoid living here at all costs. If you must, I warned you. Blessings on finding someplace else!

ABSOLUTE Best Value in the East End!!

I just recently moved into my 1 bedroom and I must say it has been a great experience! The management office is attentive and was there to answer any questions I had. My move-in was very seamless and easy! The maintentnce staff is very friendly and the property is very nice. Everything is worth the price! The community is nice, peaceful, and quiet. This is the best decision I've made all year!

Spacious and Well located

The apartment I'm living is really nice. It's a 2BHK very spacious apartment. The only problem is leakage in Hall but it's not that bad.
