I would not recommend anyone live here. We have had nothing but issues in the last 3 months. Roaches, poor communication with housing staff, the front gate hasn't worked in MONTHS, maintenance requests going unanswered (this was a significant problem last year, which has apparently not gotten better). I have lived here for 2 years and had planned to stay for another year, but now with all of these issues I am looking to go else where, the only advantage to this place is the location that does... not make up for poor living conditions and an inattentive staff.

Don’t come to Trifecta Apartments! Unless want to live like the trap house. Sticks and smells like trash, wouldn’t be able to have friends over. Couldn’t store most kitchen stuff unless a TV microwave meal so don’t bother having stuff for families. Most of all! Walls and ceilings so thin can hear your neighbors having intercourse. Just don’t come to Trifecta because no one else does.
