I've been living at Park At Hurstbourne for about six months now. The best thing is how quiet it is. I work nights and need to sleep during the day, and I've never had an issue with noise. The grounds are well kept and the complex feels safe. Maintenance came out once for a leaky faucet and had it fixed same day. The renovated unit is nice, with newer appliances and a good layout. The rent is reasonable compared to other places in Fern Creek. It's a pretty stress-free place to live.
