I love this place. I live here since 2024 and couldn't love it more. Every problem is solved as soon as the office or maintenance knows about it and the green areas are always looking good. Very clean, friendly people at the office and the pool during summer is a plus. Thanks to Ciji, Liliet and Bryan, they have the residents always in their minds.

UNPROFESSIONAL!
I moved out in September (it’s almost March) and STILL have not gotten my refundable deposit ($350.00). When I call, they give me the run around and they tell me they’ll look into it and give me a call back. Surprise, surprise! They never call me back. I call them about a week or two later and they tell me the exact same thing. My lawyer will be in contact with them by next week.
