I love how quiet it is here.. and I also love how roomy the apartments are. A little umderstaffed so maintenance is pretty far behind but other than that it’s quiet laid back and a nice community to live in

"I've been living here for a while now and honestly, the experience has been great. The neighbors are super quiet, the common areas are always kept clean, and the location is incredibly convenient for daily life. Maintenance responds quickly whenever they are needed. An excellent place to live in peace!"

The community is good for the most part at least my building has good people. Maintenance is good at fixing your problems once they eventually get to you.

Random towing, violence, robbery, etc
I've seen never seen so many cars towed before! It's awful! You need a visible sticker, don't back in, and not appear damaged or you may be towed overnight. I agree with the other review. Crooks is right! During my short 6 months there, I heard gunshots outside my windows, have neighbors robbed, beaten and broken into. This is an unsafe neighborhood! also, sooooo mannnnny children! They damage your car and run around unsupervised.

Crooks
Falcon crest lets crooked tow companies tow residents cars for no reason like simply backing into a spot. Do not live here. Even if you feel it will save you money you will pay double in towing fees for anything they can get you with. They probably get kickbacks from the towing company. Shame on them. It was on the news and everything. Disgusting.
