Los apartamentos tienen buen tamaño, son muy seguros, están muy bonitos y asequible. El mánager del condominio es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto ayudar. Los de mantenimiento prestan un buen servicio. Les recomiendo que vengan y se renten. Hagan parte de nuestra comunidad

It is nice in size worth the rent a very safe area in town surrounded by a lot of stores and restaurants laundry facilities on site

Worse place in town !

Do not waist your time too Expensive for a one bedroom and Goodluck trying to get a parking spot near your apartment after hours and lots of noise people partying all night .
Bad Management!!
Apartments is outdated and you would have the worse place to live in Louisville.
Windows are poorly sealed you'll feel cold air leaking through and the main door you can see daylight all around it and cold air coming through as well.
The heat and the air conditioning sucks you'll burn up all summer long and... the unit will run nonstop so that will cause the electric bill to be higher then normal.
They say you'll get a free months rent with a years lease and never got that but lord forbid if your late on your rent !!
Save your money you'll find a much better place then Cumberland.
Oh and the Maintenance has Attitude when you try to get something fixed !!!
The apartments needs to get a Bulldozer and plow the whole place down and build something better !!

Nice place to live

Lived here for 7 years, have had little to no issues things get fixed on time, and in a hurry. The apartments are clean no rodent issues. Nice neighbors and clean community
