I moved to Louisville in 2022 to start graduate school at UofL. Donna was the first person I encountered when I got to town, and she was very friendly and made me feel taken care of despite being alone in a new place. Donna is very kind and detail-oriented, and she and Miguel keep the property in very good shape. In my experience, maintenance requests were addressed accurately and in a timely manner. I also believe that the price of rent is extremely reasonable considering the good quality... of the two units I stayed in. I have been living in various dorms and apartments over the past 10 years, and I highly recommend Cardinal Village – it is one of the best places I’ve ever lived in.
