I thought I had found the perfect apartment: the landscaping is beautiful, pet rent is cheaper that other places, washer and dryer in unit, fireplace, lake view... my only complain is that the fitness center is not open 24 hours. They open it at 8:00 AM (by which I have to be at work) so the sauna, cardio machines , and tanning bed can only be used 8AM-10PM. Also, management is... not great. I had to pay $50 in dog fees because someone said I didn’t pick up after my dog. When I complain and ask... for the evidence, the never replied or got back to me with an answer.

since I have lived on the property , I have experienced nothing but positive things, from the grounds maintenance the clerical and management staff. well manicured grounds maintenance and work orders are usually taken care of the next day if not the same. The management team work together to make me feel as part of a family showing concern and that they value the-residents and not just another person paying rent.

The management team work together to make me feel as part of a family showing concern and that they value the-residents and not just another person paying rent.

Thin walls, expensive... (Verified Renter)
Thin walls, expensive heating as the furnace equipment is not meant to deal with temperatures below 30 degrees, $225 per month in January to keep the completely surrounded apartment to 65 degrees.
