I will not go into details except to say this apartment complex is managed by a company out of Pennsylvania (A.R. Building) Look up reviews on this company and be sure to check the BBB website. They have an "F" rating.
If you have a problem with A.R. Building, the Oldham Oaks office staff refuse to give you their number so you can talk with them directly.
Also limited parking. Less parking spaces for the number of vehicles that utilize the parking spaces.
There are also many other problems,... that I will not go into detail about, just Google reviews (do not make your decision based on the reviews on Oldham Oaks website).
Do yourself a favor. If you are thinking about moving into this apartment complex, DON'T!!!

Great place to call home
I love living here. I commute to Louisville daily, and I thought about moving closer, but I just don't want to leave. I have renewed my lease twice now. Been here for over 4 years. New management is awesome, and the property is kept up really well.

Nothing but hidden fees, they don’t care about the people living here and had our vehicles broken into more than 5 times

Great Community
My family and I love living here. Excellent community, and management onsite is wonderful. Very responsive, and the office staff truly cares about the tenants and community.

Run Away
I was a property manager for 20 years so I know when I am being ripped off! My daughter lost her deposit to a paint charge. I helped her clean and get it ready $577 in paint is ridiculous. Barely hung anything at all and filled in the holes. Lost deposit of $400 and charged $177 horrific! They have kept so many deposits so don't plan to get it back and be ready for charges when you leave.
