While the Phase I pool was temporarily closed during clubhouse renovations, our Phase II pool remained open for resident use. We’ve also taken steps to improve waste management: our pest control partner now treats the areas around the trash compactors regularly, and we provide a property map at move-in that shows all compactor locations.
