The mill is a great home !
The moving in process was made so easy , the staff is amazing and very tentative to help as much as they can. The team does a great job of making sure we are all comfortable and also keeping the neighborhood safe and clean!

Our maintenance team would like to stop by your apartment and complete any necessary repairs, but we can’t find your name... in our system. Exceeded our expectations big time!
My wife and I are in our late 50's and we lost our business a long time ago and that resulted in us losing our home as well. I was not excited about living in an apartment and after looking at many in Georgetown, I was even less excited. We drove by The Mill after a nice dinner at PePe's and drove through the property. It felt nice...even peaceful. We got a great 2 bed 2 bath corner unit on the ground floor and it truly became home for us for 2 1/2 years. The Mill is well built, well run and... well maintained. We could not have been more impressed with Samantha and her crew - 5+ Stars!!
