Moved in a little over a year ago to the Townhomes. They promised at time of move in they were "a few months away" from having a finished dog park. A year later, they finally mowed it and put in dog waste bins, but no fence at all. Also, good luck ever getting maintenance to show up. They ask that you not replace lightbulbs or filters or anything on your own; I have a maintenance request that's currently over 6 weeks old with no communication at all about the ticket. Office staff are some of the... rudest people I've dealt with.
The townhomes themselves are nice, but SIGNIFICANTLY overpriced considering the complete lack of services you're supposedly paying for.

The mill no more !
We moved in 3 weeks ago. A few hicups at first,but, its brand new . mgnt and mntce. Quick and attentive . more amenities than the mill and actually a few dollars cheaper.other than wishing kitchen was a little bigger, very happy. We love having our own balcony and full size appliances.well played amerson,well played. If your looking for luxury apartment in Georgetown include Amerson Orchard .with options to build with them later and discounts for doing so. Nobody else comes close.very happy with... our choice.
