My husband & I moved in two months ago. When we first walked into our unit to retrieve the keys, there was a man fixing the tub. It had stains in it. He said he would be back in a week to sand it. That was two months ago & he has never been back. We mentioned to the associate giving us our keys how our door didn’t shut. We couldn’t lock our front door. He stated “we noticed that last night & we had a hard time getting it to shut.” Okay why isn’t it fixed then if you’re aware? Maintenance came by... & said he needed to order a part to fix the door. It’s been two months & that part never came. We mentioned this to Cassie Brooks on March 20th. She sent maintenance to our apartment. He got very agitated because he said nothing was wrong with the door. The door still doesn’t shut or lock properly because he refused to fix it.

On THREE separate occasions has someone entered our apartment while we were sleeping. We woke up to our door unlocked THREE times. They stopped coming in after we got a ring camera.

People started moving into the building. You can literally hear & smell everything your neighbors do underneath you, above you & next to you. I have been woken up by my neighbors dog barking because it’s like the dog is in our living room. If your neighbor smokes. Your entire apartment will smell like it even with your HVAC unit off. What they are cooking your apartment will smell like. We hear our neighbors conversations, coughing, we even hear them scrolling on tik tok.

Our HVAC unit needed repairs THREE separate times since we been here. Our apartment has been 86 degrees because the vents wouldn’t blow cold air. When it’s cold out the apartment gets cold. When it’s hot out the apartment gets hot because no insulation.

We’ve been here for 7 weeks & we can confidently say we will not be renewing our lease.
