For what we pay you would think they would actually fix things that need fixed. Only time they will fix something is if you tell them before you move in, after they start receiving your money they could care less about the tenants. The company they use for mowing do a horrible job. Water leaking out of the yards into the road at a few homes. The owner only cares about appearance and money but the Houses and driveways are dirty on the outside with mold on siding, decks are horrible and covered in... mold, garage doors barely work or at all. Neighbor down the street has been going back and forth with them because his garage door motor stopped and garage is caving in and doesnt work. The pictures they use are definitely not what 95% of the houses look like! Carpets are trash. They last about 2-3 years then all the padding is worn and carpets start pulling up with a vacuum. Was told they dont fix them unless you move out. Parking is ridiculous. A 3 bedroom with 2 adults and 2 kids that can drive and you only have room for 3 vehicles. They keep raising rent but yet won't fix the things people need fixed

Quiet with nice neighbors!!
My family and I have been here about 14 years! They’re nice townhomes! We really had no major problems the years we’ve lived here. It’s pretty quiet on the end where we live and the neighbors are nice!

Love it here
I would highly recommend these apartments the manager here. Patricia is amazing. She helped me so much. The places are clean and pretty very quiet neighborhood. Lots of kids for the kids to play with all in all great place to live!

We love our home!
Richwood North Estates worked tirelessly to get us a home after we had been previously displaced by a fire at our old apartment complex. We are still so thrilled and thankful to have a nice home on a quiet, kid friendly street. The neighbors are considerate and maintenance is phenomenal, Aaron is the absolute best of taking care of all of our home’s needs. Our landscaping is always well maintained too. This is a very convenient and safe place to live. Come be apart of our community!

The neighbors are nice
These apartments are not pet friendly. Even when offered double the deposit, the owner/manager says they no longer allow pets. The appliances are substandard. Configuration of some closets does not allow for hanging clothes. In the winter, the unit stays warm, but the thermometer and furnace controls are difficult to regulate. There are too many non-working electrical outlets and some light fixtures blow through bulbs much faster than they should. But it is the lack of a first floor bathroom... that makes this townhouse a loser. Also, there seems to be a lot of standing water for days after a rain. However, if someone is looking for a family friendly neighborhood, Richwood couldn't be friendlier.
