Management is incompetent and does not respond to complaints. Kids are out of control

I love my townhouse. I have lived here almost a year now and it’s one of the best places I have ever lived. The inside of my unit is beautiful the closets are big and I have lots of storage space. Maintenance responds super quick to request. The employees from Dallas Communities are always nice and friendly. When I first moved in a lot of people told me that the kids were out of control here. But I don’t find them to be bad at all. Sure there are a lot of kids but they mind there own business... and just play like kids. Read More

Drug overdoses everyday! They are cheaply made! The paint on the wall comes off with magic eraser. People walk through your yard and leave trash everywhere. They are no where need kid friendly! They want you to not have kids toys or bike out. They do morning when for you when you complain. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to live in this hell whole it’s that bad!
