Bad molds issues and don't care about noisy neighbors
I have a ticket in that's been in for two months of fixing water coming in from windows. Still haven't fixed it while they're (thinking on the correct action). Also there is no "Quiet Times" they put it in the lease but still allows the neighbors to bang on the floors to all hours of the night. Now I'm the bad guy for bringing up a complaint. Poor management. Don't waste your time. And then won't even let me out of the lease.
