The staff are horrible. Petty, greedy, vindictive and snobbish. DO NOT move here if you have a family. They treat their tenants as lesser beings just because they are in low-income housing. This is not my opinion alone, but the opinion shared by a majority of tenants I've interacted with. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

Apartments are rent controlled and decent size. The maintenance staff are very friendly. Unfortunately the people at the office usually are not. Inspections are frequent and it often feels like you don't have much privacy.
