Lease Renewal at THE COVE I knew long before it was time to renew my lease that I wanted to continue to live here at THE COVE. The different options were clear and concise. Karen and Evan were available for any questions I may have had. I am very excited about renewing my lease. Karen and Evan are very professional and knowledgeable. They are both compassionate and friendly. The entire community here at THE COVE is wonderful. My maintenance requests are handled proficiently and in a very... timely manner. I would highly recommend THE COVE to anyone who is searching for an affordable, clean and safe place to live.

Fire and Carbon Monoxide Batteries My fire and carbon monoxide alarm had rang twice and Karen was able to tell me that the batteries needed changing. Chase arrived quickly to change them. He was in and out in no time flat.. I am always so appreciative of the staff here at The Cove. They are truly a wonderful group!
