I rented an apartment at Cedargate for a few months and it was the perfect place for my son and I! I had looked around at other apartments but was not pleased with how “cold” they all felt. No greenery, yard space, or homey feels to most of them. Cedargate was the only place I found that felt like home and had lots of trees, greenery, and yard space for my 6 year old to play outside. The community was quiet and our neighbors kept to themselves. The apartment I rented was a one bed, one bath... apartment. Comfortable size and well kept. If anything needed fixed it was attended to quickly. Management was kind, friendly, and easy to get along with. I moved back to my hometown now, but if I were to move to Bowling Green again, Cedargate is definitely the place I’d go to and recommend!

Peace and Quiet!
My daughter lived here a few years ago and I just loved visiting her here. I've lived here now for 3 months and I've got to say, this is the epitome of peace and quiet. All apartments are ground floor. Clean and spacious, and the rent is very reasonable. Aimee, the apartment manager is courteous and very helpful. Located close to just about all the places I go to regularly. I have all my flowerpots on my nice size, fenced in patio, so I can still keep up my gardening hobby. I really love it here... .

Quiet and Peaceful Style of Living
I have resided here since March 2019. The management and maintenance staff are exceptional and provide a safe and well maintained environment for all of their residents. My unit is perfect for my needs and quite comfortable as well as affordable.

A place to call Home!
Cedargate Apartments have been great! Management is great to work with and very helpful when I have questions. Maintenance is great and extremely fast! When I moved in, the apartment was spotless; everything was clean! These apartments are very quiet, spacious, and there is always parking available! I love that these apartments are so close to everything! The prices are definitely affordable and worth it. I would recommend these apartments to everybody if I could!! I see myself staying here... for a while. Did I mention how quiet it is here?!
