I have just signed my second lease on a one bedroom, because I have loved living here this last year. The apartment I live in is super quiet, I have never had to worry about sketchy or loud neighbors and everyone has been respectful and minds their own business. The apartment staff has been very accommodating as well as the maintenance who have fixed any small problems that have arised such as light bulbs burning out, or replacing my blinds.
The only complaint I have is the closet space in my... bathroom isnt deep enough to fit a folded towel, or really much room for anything but I still make it work. I would recommend this apartment to any one. Read More

Very good overall. I was looking for an apartment to rent with a specific price point in mind, I was able to find many places that could have met my needs and I ended up finding my current apartment Windham Court. It was beautiful on move in day, and better than what I thought it would be. I've been here almost a year now and I can say it's quiet, the neighbors are wonderful, Being a single woman, I feel safe here too. Highly recommend.

Management has an attention to detail, commitment to a dignified and well-maintained property, and a fair price. It has been surprisingly how quickly maintenance requests are addressed. We enjoy the lovely grounds. And we really notice and appreciate that the building exteriors are kept fresh, clean, and looking good. No peeling paint, dilapidated stairwell, or falling pieces of trim. When they take the lead on pride of ownership, it helps residents to be courteous and responsible as well.

Staff is friendly and responsive. Easy to get along actually answer the phone. Apartments are clean and will maintained. Maintenance is awesome. Good place to love. Nestled in a nice neighborhood. The Gym has great equipment. Pool and sauna are alway well kept. Nice friendly environment.

I love living in Windham Court, it is my favorite place, nice location. The management Robin and Eliuanna are very friendly and helpful. They made me feel at home. If I need maintenance they are very responsive and professional! Really a Big apartments, large windows, ceramic tile, laundry room, washer and dryer, spacious covered porch, picnic & grilling areas throughout.
