This has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating living experiences I’ve ever had. Management shows you a “model” unit that looks clean and well-maintained, but once you sign the lease and move in, you are given something completely different, and in far worse condition. The units are poorly maintained and falling apart. Basic repairs are constantly needed, yet nothing actually gets fixed. You submit maintenance requests through their system, and they get marked as “completed”... without anyone ever showing up or resolving the issue. The property itself is in terrible condition. There is trash left around the complex, and the exterior is clearly neglected. Even worse, there are serious hygiene concerns, including rats on the property, which makes living here extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. There seems to be a complete lack of accountability from management. Communication is poor, maintenance is ignored, and residents are left dealing with ongoing issues that should never be happening in the first place. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere before signing a lease here. What you are shown is not what you will get.

Do not rent here
We have had sewer back up and they cut 4 holes in wall, did not replace carpet prior to move in even though it is worn out. Fireplaces damper has fell down and the guy they sent tried to rig it up. Which didn't work, now I can't even use the fireplaces at all

Awful Don't Live Here
I would give less if I could. Do NOT Live here. Little but of one of the issues is our AC has been broken for 2 weeks and all they could give us is a window unit that blows out the same temp as a normal fan does. It's basically a more bulky fan. They told us "you aren't the only ones with a broken AC." and "You are lucky to have the window unit". It reaches 95 almost every day for these past 2 weeks. We have animals. We can't do anything because it's to hit. This is just one of our issues with... them.

They take months to fix anything and try to get more money out of you when you’re ready to move out. I would never recommend staying here. They haven’t been updated at all since they were built.

Do not rent here
Sewage backs up into my apartment every 3 months and they refuse to fix the problem. My A/C was out for 11 days before it was finally fixed.
