I have lived here almost a year and I have no complaints. It's peaceful and quiet! All r neighbors seem nice and friendly. The front office with Georgia made the whole experience awesome also! Marcus

Very nice and clean. Beautiful court yard. Very short walk to the grocery store and park. Everything is really pretty close.

I have lived here for the last 2 years. The complex is nice and quiet, much more so than anywhere I've ever lived. The property is well maintained and the courtyard is lovely. All of the apartments face in toward the courtyard, so you feel like you're in a little community.

We have lived here for a while. Neighbors are nice-Convenient location with in walking distance of Dillons,QT and a bus stop near by. Great office and maintenance staff.

I have lived here almost 2 years and have to say, Villa West is a good apartment complex to live in the Wichita area. The courtyard is always well kept, the residents are nice, and the complex is overall well kept. If you're looking for quiet and friendly place to live, I recommend Villa West. -Zach Amons
