Untrustworthy, awful customer care
I will never lease here again. DO NOT TRUST THEIR SYSTEM WHEN SETTING UP AUTO PAY, they will scam money from you and claim there is nothing that can be done, EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE PROOF of error on their end! The ‘portal’ (appfolio) they use is untrustworthy. I used the portal to set up auto pay, some months the payment was taken out just fine. Several times, different months here and there, the payment was not taken out and I had no choice but to pay the late fees bc there was ‘nothing they could... do’. When I spoke to management I was told they didn’t show/know why the autopay wasn’t pulled. I sent them screenshots of my appfolio Home Screen, per their request, showing I didn’t have anything due and they stiilll charged me the late fees when it was out of my control. All I was asking was that the late fees be removed, being it was their error. Awful system, one sided policies and zero care for the way they take care of things when it goes wrong on their end.

The Staff at Seventeenth is so helpful and great to work with! They communicate extremely well and don’t leave you wondering about problems. They get things done efficiently and are open throughout every conversation you have with them.

I like seventeenth apartment
I have really enjoyed living at 17th Apartment. The location is very convenient, with easy access to WSu. The apartment is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management team is friendly and responsive, always willing to help whenever I have a question or need something fixed. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the facilities like gym are always kept in good condition. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my living experience here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a... comfortable and convenient place to live.

First day at the seventeenth
Moved in today. Room was very nice. Security in the premises is very good as well. Management is also pleasant to talk to. Spacy living area. ( mine is a 4bed 4 bath appt). Bathroom was clean and neat as well. Very happy
