Let me start by saying location isnt everything in this case. In fact, run from Horizons East if you can. The rats, mice, and troublemakers are staying. We have had nothing but problems. Broken pipes, strong smell of cigarette smoke, sewage backing up in toilet and shower, rats, mice, ceiling tiles falling in, water leaks. Neighbors fighting violently to the point police get involved. These issues are not being addressed. This is unsanitary living conditions with pest control problem and sewage.... This place is a dump. Management isnt responsive and is RARELY available but they still collect your monthly rent for some reason. Dont live here if your life depends on it.

There are ROACHES AND BEDBUGS in the laundry room. It's been WEEKS since I first emailed. NO RESPONSE!!! Would not recommend. They don't monitor their email, don't answer the phone, and don't return calls when I leave voicemails! Maybe this will get their attention?

Pretty upset
I moved into this complex two days ago. Heating is not fixed and I don’t have electricity in half my apartment. I can’t get ahold of anyone front the front office or maintenance. Today is Saturday 12/14/2024. The leasing office is supposed to be open from 10-5 today and there is no one in the office. When you try to call phone number on the website it says number can not be completed as dialed.
