Montara Village is located in Topeka, KS in the 66619 zip code.
Property management is nearly non-existent. Three foot grass, vermin infestation, trash not picked up, all types of vehicles being “stored” on the streets, structures going without repair. Check the internet and you will readily find the property management entity is continually in trouble due to mismanagement of their numerous properties in Topeka, Wichita, Emporia and other localities. It’s a shame, because so many of us (private owners and renters) have tried to make Montara a nice place to... live.

Don't rent fron the current owner.
They don't fix a thing. They don't up keep anything. They are raising rent by 26 percent. This company the worst owners yet.
