I lived here for a year. Every maintenance request I made I had to put in twice because the maintenance crew would never fix anything properly the first time.
When I went to move out and they did the inspection the inspector hadn't even made it inside my door and accused my apartment of smelling like cat pee and refused to give me my deposit back because they would have to rip up all of the carpets in the entire apartment. These people do not care about the residents they only care about... making money.

I have had a tremendous experience with this apartment complex, from how peaceful my living conditions were to the quick and respectful response from the maintenance crew. All employees there were terrific, I have not had a single issue while living there. I felt totally safe there even at night. I’ve had no issues with my neighbors. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to any incoming people. This is coming from my heart as I truly will miss the excellent living conditions while... being at The Greens at Shawnee. Hope whoever moves here has the same experience.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE GOOD REVIEWS!!!
The office is super quiet about your rent, until you owe sometimes HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS! Someone I know wanted a lot facing apartment, and the office said there was one available, so they moved from their previous apartment thinking they had what they paid a deposit for and when it was to late the office said they had already rented it. The office is making them pay for the golf course view apartment even though it was THEIR mistake. They also refused to replace the water heater TWICE during the... pandemic until the person I knew was unable to take hot showers for a month! and had to go a week without being able to wash clothes! This has nothing to do with the maintenance crew, they have been nothing but attentive and nice to them as of this review. If anything the management is making them cut corners and "fix" things. As people in the surrounding apartments fire alarms go off at all hours of the night and day. I am highly disappointed in the management of this complex. Some people also seem to have no issues with noise but their apartment is surrounded with loud, rude people who don't care about the quiet hours....if they even exist here.

Cares more about animal waste on the property than you having a hot shower.

Management is terrible. He’s absolutely rude and does not care about his tenants whatsoever. Find a different place to live if you want to be happy.

Don’t live here!
We had a terrible experience with this apartment complex! The parking is always full and you have to walk a long way to your apartment. In addition the lighting is very poor at night so as a woman I was nervous about walking in the pitch dark at night. Also when we moved out they kept taking rent so we had to make many calls and emails until finally a month later we got part of the money back. Very unfriendly and uncooperative staff!
