TERRIBLE PROPERTY
NOT worth your time or money. I currently have had no AC for over a week now, I have cockroaches, there is trash everywhere outside, cant utilize the gym because it is only open when the leasing office is open. The hall way carpets are gross and smelly should have been replaced years ago. I was just informed there are 10-15 AC units that have been broken since APRIL and that mine wont get fixed until the once that broke down first get fixed, which is understandable but i live on the third floor... and my apartment easily get to 90 degrees...or hotter. The worst part about it is they don't even offer any kind of compensation they just say sorry and expect all of these residents to have to AC for MONTHS. Management should be embarrassed as a company

AWFUL PROPERTY
I am sharing my concerns because I don't want people to end up like I currently am. I have only been here for 2 month, I have cockroaches my AC has not been working for a week now. maintenance has been out multiple times and tells me they fix the issue and I get home from work and nothing will be fixed. I have called and left multiple voicemails at the leasing office and the emergency phone line, nobody has even tried calling me back. I live on the 3rd floor and my apartment is 90 degrees and it... is not livable. I would NOT recommend staying here not worth the time or your money.

Llevo 5 años viviendo en la propiedad, y apenas lleva un año la nueva administración y la diferencia es muy notable. Ah mejorado muchísimo. Procuran los inquilinos y arreglan los problemas rapido.

Great place to live
I have loved staying at The Onyx. The new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, granite countertops and grey color scheme is really nice. The new management has do e a great job of updating the entire community w a new pool, fitness center playground and dog park. I think its a great value for your money and a great school district
