Place was probably very nice when it was first built but not now. Concrete cracked so bad that my 2 year old keeps tripping and falling. Every month electrical overcharge no matter what. Electric is included in the bill. Black air filter when I moved in and apartment was unclean. Water stains on the ceiling and round black spots on the shades. Mold? Do not stay here!!!

Worst apartments in Pittsburg
They don’t care about you or who they put around. The people who live will steal from you and make you uncomfortable. Horrible place in general.
