Very unimpressed with the new management company. All the staff are turning over and they are all new! Apparently a new property manager started on July 4th but they don’t bother to send out a communication introducing her.

I have lived at Village Farms for almost three years. It has been a very pleasant experience. The facility is clean and well maintained. Thoroughly enjoy the proximity of Village Farms to stores and medical needs. Oh, yes, the management staff is terrific. Could not ask for a more professional, friendly, and knowledgeable management team.

VFM is a great place to live and I really enjoy being here. Residents and staff are very nice and easy to get along with. Great place for walking and many restaurants within walking distance.
