I have lived at Villa Medici for three years and have greatly enjoyed it the entire time. My apartment overlooks the lagoon which is active a great deal of the time with geese, ducks, and occasionally a heron. In the spring it's especially sweet when the goslings and ducklings are cruising the waterways. I cannot imagine a more restful scene from an apartment window. Also, my neighbors are very considerate.
I have found the manager, assistant manager, and head facilities manager to be nice,... responsive, and professional.
The grounds, including the pool, are beautifully maintained.

This is such a nice area with trees and ponds. Even if you aren’t outdoorsy, you will appreciate the ducks and geese.
Apartments are spacious and dated. The air and heat are from a boiler /chiller system. You can’t change the temp from your own home -but then again , the utilities are included in a flat rate system.
Neighbors are pleasant and staff is really great. Repairs are taken care of fast.
Like any apartments there are some downsides—a few tenants smoke on the patio -a no no , and... others let their dogs bark all day.
It’s a shame that the apartment can’t enforce the rules. Most tenants are great, however .

Really like the apartment so far, and everyone seems very friendly. Looking forward to my stay here. Move in went great and management was very helpful.

I love it here. The patio is my favorite thing.

Under the new management the property is finally being handled properly. We are finally having normal maintenance issues addressed.
