I was having an issue getting a new AT&T internet account set up. After a considerable amount of time spent on the phone I went into the office for help. Samantha offered to call them for me. I was very impressed with her genuine willingness and enthusiasm to help. She worked patiently with the agent to fix the problem. And whenever there appeared to be a roadblock she always had a quick counter response. Taking ownership would be an understatement. Her peers in the office were also right there... to offer suggestions which ultimately led to a perfect resolution. It was great collaborative effort. I appreciate all of their hard work dedication. I have lived here for almost a full year and have renewed my lease for another year. I absolutely love it here and it feels like home. No one bothers you, whenever you have a problem they fix it, and the amenities are great. Especially the pool !!!!!! Literally spent my whole summer there. THE RENT IS TOO HIGH FOR WHAT YOU’LL BE RECEIVING! This is by far the worst complex in Overland Park. I’ve lived here since March and there’s water damage on my wall, I have a giant hole in the ceiling and the lock on my front door had to be drilled out due to the maintenance loosing their key. When I first got my keys I didn’t receive a mailbox key(which to this day I still don’t have even after multiple attempts to get one) and I couldn’t actually move in for two days after due to them still... painting and changing outlet/ light switch covers. I was initially promised a portion of rent to be taken off due to the issues I’ve had but once they switched managers they said they couldn’t honor that. This is a very unprofessional complex and the office staff changes so often you won’t be speaking with the same people every time you call. Moved to a 2/2 here almost 3 weeks ago after downsizing from family home. The apartment was sparkling clean, painted, with new carpet. The size is compact but well designed. My walkout patio offers a pretty “waterfront” view of ponds and diverse, mature trees. The landscaping is excellent with new mulch and weekly mowing. Spacious areas for dog walking and nestled in a surrounding residential neighborhood. The finishes are nice without going to HGTV levels so you can save a few hundred dollars... monthly.
