I cannot say enough good things about Courtyard Apartments. I've rented numerous apartments over the years between LA & Kansas City, and I've never had such a great overall experience. While searching for an apartment during the early months of COVID-19 could have been difficult, Cathleen helped make it as easy as possible. The complex was not allowing in-person tours at the time so we were a little worried about the accuracy of the pictures. We found that the pictures were very accurate and the apartment has been a great fit for us! The complex is quiet and the grounds are kept up with frequent mowing and quick snow removal. This place feels tucked away while still being close to major roads and the highway. We both have an easy commute, but love the private feeling community. We enjoy our neighbors and the shared courtyard space. It is a dog-friendly property which was high on our list. The layout is spacious and the appliances are new. We love having a patio that walks out to the courtyard as it makes it convenient to take our dog out for potty breaks. I have lived here for almost a month now, and I can say this is the best! I love this place! The unit is very spacious and modern with stainless steel and hardwood floors. It’s just as shown in the pictures. The management is absolutely superb. Cathleen goes out of her to ensure the tenants are comfortable and and satisfied with the units. I had to move in within a short time and she was able to accommodate me and within the first weeks, both bathrooms were resurfaced and my kitchen sink faucet... was updated to a modern one after I asked. Maintenance crew is super nice and responsive to work orders. I seriously cannot ask for anything more! I have lived here for 4 days so far and am already in love with this community. Apartments are clean, spacious and affordable and Cathleen is a phenomenal property manager. When I first moved in, my AC wasn’t blowing cold and I emailed her about it after hours and received a follow up email early the next morning and the AC fixed moments later. I cannot explain how much her kindness and responsiveness are appreciated. I highly recommend Courtyard Apartments!
