Stay away! I wish I had read the previous reviews about the staff! I thought it was just years ago but they are SO RUDE! I didn’t lease because of this. Worst experience!

The current staff is very poor at responding to emails and phone calls. The new property manager is very disrespectful and condescend. Would recommend looking elsewhere until this staffing issue is resolved.

PSA to all future residents: These apartments are nice, just like most apartments in Overland Park. What sets Cambridge Square aside is their customer service. We have had issues with communication since the day we looked into living here but the most recent incident is too much.

I had my car towed for expired plates (which I was unaware of) with no phone calls, no email, no warning that this was going to happen. Had I been given any sort of warning, I would have immediately taken care of the... issue. Instead, I spent over $300 to get my vehicle back.

When I called the main office and spoke to Emily, she explained that she could not contact me to warn me in advance because she didn't know it was my car. She also explained that while it is in fact HER job to get that information from me upon move in, I should have known to provide her with that information when she didn't ask for it.

Despite the fact that she admitted to me it is her responsibility to reach out and get this information, I continued to be blamed for not providing it to her. Not one time in the 2+ months that I have lived there did anyone reach out in regards to that information (she says she "may have" called me at some point, which I can confirm she didn't).

This boils down to her making a mistake and failing to do her job properly and not having the integrity to own up to a mistake and make it right. Read More

I've lived here for a couple months and have had nothing but rather disappointing interactions with the management staff that works here. There seems to be a lack of professionalism and they are just insufferably rude. The staff comes across with this holier than thou attitude. The apartments themselves are in decent condition but the way management treats you makes you regret signing a lease.

My husband and I have lived at Cambridge for 2 years, and we both have noticed the management has really gone downhill since they changed over last year (Fogelman Management). I think a different company started managing them last summer, and since then their communication is pretty poor. They fail to notify their residents in a timely manner when construction, maintenance, repaving, or anything is happening on the property. They treat the place like a hotel (barge in on you when you're... sleeping) and not a place where people live, have busy lives, and need more than 1 days notice to move your car or you will be towed, for example. We are happy that we found a home and are leaving this complex! I wouldn't recommend living here. Plus, they fail to notify the residents when there has been a safety concern or theft on the property. Cars were broken into or stolen and management said NOTHING. To me that is poor management.
