Love this place
just moved in a two bedroom. Love the managers and maintenance people, very friendly and always on top of things. Been living here for a total of 5 yrs in a one bedroom. Couldn't leave. :)

We love it here
We have lived in these apartments for over 5 years now. Staff is friendly. They always fix things when you need them to. Not a lot of bugs in the apartments. The price is good for the amount of square feet you get. The only thing that we wish we had was pets. There are private entrances to eat apartment, we love that. The neighbours are friendly but mostly keep to themselves, never bother each other. The pool is nice to go to, but they got rid of the hot tub. They keep the grounds clean and... mowed. We couldn't find a better deal in Olathe for the value!

Just Moved In
We just moved in to a 2 bedroom here, and we love it. We loved our one bedroom but our family grew! Ceiling fans in this 2 bedroom. Real nice.
