I’ve been living at Cendana over a year now, and resigning my lease was a no brainer. I absolutely love living here. The amenities are fantastic, I’ve even used their large shelter rooms for parties, and hosting my book club. The pool is so nice, it truly is like living at a resort. My dog and I also frequent the trails that lead directly up to the apartments. An honorable mention to the staff at Cendana as well. Our 2-bedroom apartment is spacious and well laid out. The appliances and washer/dryer and high quality.

I moved into Cendana a little over a year ago and have loved it!! I have a 2 bed/2 bath with wrap around balcony overlooking a very large luxury saltwater pool. All patios are equipped to accommodate pellet and gas grills. My bedroom, kitchen and living room all have windows overlooking the pool. The pool, with it's everchanging color lighting, cabana's, abundant lounge chairs and fountains on the large deck area are so beautiful and peaceful. I feel like I'm in a resort! All seasons are... beautiful here! Beyond the pool I enjoy looking out at the beautiful woods and paved walking trails that connect with other trails and surrounding communities. Cendana is very pet friendly!! Has a dog park, indoor professional bath area for pets, and a fenced in area for dogs to run. And the amenities here are beyond expectation!! My apartment is bright, spacious, has beautiful granite countertops, upgraded appliances, lighting, pantry, linen closets, and luxury bathrooms and kitchen. I especially love the management and office staff!! That is a huge blessing to me! They truly make living here fun!! Every month we receive a calendar of events for the residents at Cendana to connect with neighbor residents. They also include some Olathe area events. There is usually an event per week at Cendana. Today is our Cookout at the pool which will be a blast, and they provide the food! It's hard to list everything that is so enjoyable here at Cendana!! This apartment complex is absolutely stunning and has everything you would EVER need. I could not be happier. The management is also wonderful. Loryn helped us through the leasing process and explained everything perfectly. Made us feel so comfortable and excited for our new journey!
