Wonderful Management!
Park Ridge is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and it really feels like home. The staff is friendly, professional, and always quick to help with any questions or maintenance requests. The community is quiet and welcoming, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. The location is great too — close to shopping, dining, and major roadways, making it convenient to get anywhere in town. Disappointing Move out experience
During our recent move out from Park Ridge we thoroughly cleaned the apartment and asked about items we would not be able to take. Especially non-perishable food we wanted to donate to a local food bank. We were assured that these items would be taken care of and the food would go to local residents or college students. Imagine our surprise to receive a $400 charge indicating we had left bags of trash when in fact we left boxes of sealed non-perishable food as per our arrangement with management... . We trusted management and were very disappointed.
