If I could give a rating of zero I would, I had two young adult children who had a 12 month lease. They were only in the apartment for about 6 months. The apartment was left in great conditions. The deposit that was initially given for amount close to $1000 the amount returned was $115. Don’t expect a return of your deposit these folks use 3rd parties that charge a ton. Management doesn’t check out the apartment before it’s cleaned because it’s not there money.

Amazing Apartment
These are great apartments in a great area. They look good in the interiors, the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others. Good place for a soldiers family!

Amazing Apartment complex to rent from
Strongly recommended living here or any HRC apartment complex’s for military personnel. Friendly staff, willing to work with you. All services repairs where fixed in a timely manner. Rented multiple times and never had any issues.
