I lived here for a few years then had to move away for work. When I came back to town this is the only place I wanted to be!! Happy with my apartment, amenities and the walk ability to fun makes this the best place to live!!

While the location and the apartments themselves can be nice, unfortunately maintenance issues are not taken seriously and can be dragged out for many months and years before a resolution is reached. For example, I initially reached out about my windows significantly leaking during rain on July 1, 2024 (nearly 2 years ago) and despite multiple follow ups the issue has not been resolved. A few years ago this was an awesome place to live. A great community, lots of events put on by staff, and reasonable prices. It's been downhill ever since Two Coast Living bought it. They did a lot of unnecessary updates to justify their outrageous prices. Every year they raise the rent $200+. Before I moved out I was being charged a monthly HOA Fee. This isn't a HOA, I don't own anything! They nickel and dime you and randomly raise prices on things like pest control, etc with zero notice. They... also use the cheapest systems. You shouldn't have to pay a service fee to pay your rent when using your checking account. Stay away from any property owned by Two Coast Living. The improvements are amazing this year. The pool deck has been expanded; there are new chaise lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas and new, huge, modern-art-looking pergolas; the newly renovated two-story gym is almost ready to open (with new equipment) and it looks great - as does the game room below. The roads have just been resurfaced, the front entrance, lobby and office in my building have been completely remodeled. Today, all the shrubs are being trimmed and it looks very well cared for, as... usual in each season. The staff has been so friendly since moving in 17+ months ago. I keep waiting for the honeymoon to end. But they are genuinely very friendly - with new, more frequent catered events. And maintenance is always quick at fixing any issues that pop up. As a former homeowner, I love not having to call a lawn crew or a handyman to deal with issues. It’s as simple as using an app saying my light bulb is burned out, or whatever, and they magically appear with the parts needed to repair or replace the things that’s not working. Love it! The apartment layout of a perfect fit for me. All of the buildings are very nice and clean. I love the location- close to all stores, restaurants, and Town Center. It’s nice to be able to walk across the street and be in Park Place. There are always events hosted by the apartment. I love the amenities here especially the sauna. I have always had issues with loud neighbors until living here. Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. But the best part is definitely the staff. Super nice. Super... helpful. Anytime I need something they are quick to accommodate. Everyone from maintenance, cleaning, and management is always friendly and helpful.
