I don't normally write reviews but I definitely felt the need after looking closer at the previous reviews. As of July 17, 2026 I see an overall rating of 3.4 which is completely misleading since there is only 1 bad review in 2026 (window leak repair delay) and the other 8 bad reviews are from 2016-2018. Obviously all apartments that change ownership will work on turning around the morale of the tenants which matches the shift of reviews over the years. I've only been here for 6 weeks and have... had little problems here and there but the staff is awesome and always takes care of me with great follow up. I appreciate the amenities, location, and pricing when comparing with other local options. I look forward to my time here and am hopeful to continue the positive experiences so I can renew. Everyone's goal when renting is to find somewhere enjoyable that you can stay as long as possible and I'm hopeful this is the place for me.

Beautiful Apartments
The Residences at Park Place have the best staff, maintenance and location around. The property is well-maintained and the staff are always professional and helpful. The location is prime as it is right in the heart of so many wonderful things. Can't say enough great things about this place!

A Hidden Gem
I absolutely love living at Park Place! It has an exclusive feel even though you're at the center of the best shopping and restaurants. It feels like a hidden gem, the area is so walkable and beautiful. The units themselves are also very soundproof compared to more recently build luxury communities.

Park Place Haven
Our time here has been wonderful! From the friendly and accommodating staff, especially Sarah, the excellent living conditions in our townhome to the ease of dining and shopping within walking distance has been amazing! The amenities of the pool, recreational area, gym and receiving mail securely through a locked mailroom has been exactly what we hoped for. Love it and would highly recommend!
