Under the new management, this has become a great place to live! Management is responsive, the common and individual spaces are being upgraded, and the atmosphere has totally changed for the better!

I've lived here for 4 years. It was not a great place to live, but in January there was a management change and they're doing an incredible job. They respond to maintenance requests quickly. They renovated the interiors, upgraded the hallways. They also drove out the noisy neighbors and it has been great.

They finally got new mgmt in Riverview. They are upgrading all the units and interiors on the building and its looking great! I have been happy with the stay here.

there is only 1 apartment with a dishwasher, there is approx 87 apartments here with only 1 handicapped parking space, it seems that on the weekend things go south, ex; no hot water, furnace turned down in lobby, it was a great place to live till the present owners took over, they raised the washing/drying over 300% for their greedy pockets, yet again the people on fixed incomes suffer at their expense.
