Love living here
At the time I found Proxi I was desperately looking for an apartment because there were no dorms available. I met with Hannah and she was very understanding of my anxiety and helped me through the process of getting my room. I can say that I LOVE living here and if you need a place go to her, she will take care of you.

Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The manager would rather have people deal drugs out of the complex with no security just to save themselves money. Even after many residents have explained that they want security present including a document that went around with all the issues, everything is dismissed as if we are cattle. This place will close down in the next two years if nothing changes.

This place is TERRIBLE, don’t live here
Calling Proxi a nightmare is too much of a compliment, this place is literally unlivable. You can’t live here with a car without it getting towed at least once every 2 months even though you pay for the parking permit, the management is so bad at their jobs that I’m curious as to where they hire those people from. If you are reading this, NEVER LIVE HERE and don’t trust anything anyone that says positive things about Proxi if they have never lived here before. Only the residents know the... struggle.
