All tenants and cosigners must fill out a separate application with their own information. Registered offenders are not accepted. Convicted felons will be declined. This is a Non-smoking property. Marijuana smoking, vaping, or any form of tobacco use is not accepted.

Applicants' total source of income, including any housing voucher or other rental assistance program must be at least double the rent for the full term of the lease.
