I am compelled to express my deep dissatisfaction with the management at Vista, particularly concerning the lack of response to safety concerns and contractual issues. Despite multiple attempts to address significant problems, including persistent mechanical issues with gym equipment and contractual ambiguities, there has been no acknowledgement or action taken by the manager.

There is a new property manager since last fall and she is WONDERFUL. When there are any maintenance requests I have had to place, tasks are quickly completed without complications. Front desk staff are extremely friendly. The property truly feels like a home away from home with how thoughtful and kind all staff members are. Definitely recommend Vista to anyone looking for a place to rent!

Old building with slow maintenance and poor customer service desk

That place used to be a nice place. But since last year there's a new manager. She's very rude and incompetent.

The building is getting old but I have noticed great improvements during my stay here from garage lighting to flooring.
Management is always quick to help and the front desk ladies are very kind. Great place to be if you want to be close to downtown or KUMC!
