Toured the community with Kelli and loved it! Put in my application and am just waiting on an apartment to open up, definitely can see why this place is full, can’t wait to move in!

Do not let the pictures fool you..there are no open pools and haven't been any in almost 2 years!..car thefts have been reported multiple times....no security cameras anywhere except on the landlords office building..anyone can come and go as they please..smoke free.. (wow thanks for the laugh)..weed and cigarette smoke will become your new perfume...noisy..rude..trashy..neighbors.the only positive would be the balconies..you are charged wayyyy more than the value of this place..roaches can be... expected.... and maintenance come and go as much as the office staff..so yes if you want to live around trash and pay 4 separate bills for absolutely nothing.. than by all means come live here..as soon as our lease is up we are outta here.. as they charge a grand to break it..?? I can't speak for the units themselves, but after trying for a week to contact this property, my wife and I never once heard from them. Several calls and voicemails left for them, not once did they ever answer there phones during business hours, nor did they answer a single email. Management is absolute trash.

‘ve been living here almost half a year and it has been nothing but a terrible experience. There has always been an issue after another with the aparrtment unit. Maintenance usually takes a long time to take care of the problem. Worst of all, there are roaches in the apartment.

Straight filth. First apartment received in complex had roaches, notified office and was placed in new unit. New unit never had a screen door on the patio. Every other month there is a new bill. Random new charges, read everything carefully. Upon exit, have multiple people within office view apartment. Worst 6 month leasing experience I've had.
