I had the pleasure of living at KTEN Place for four wonderful years. There are so many things I loved about living here from the sense of community to the contemporary living space. I rented a one bedroom, and it was the perfect size for a single person, with ample space to entertain. I liked that there are options to rent in a pet free building as not everyone has pets – but pet lovers do not worry, there are pet friendly buildings! I loved the amount of storage offered in the one bedroom. I... had two decent sized closets to store all my extra things. The office staff were very responsive and helpful. Sabrina and Carla were always a friendly hello, and they genuinely care about their tenants. You are more than just a number at KTEN Place. Wyatt was always helpful too and promptly took care of all my maintenance needs - which were only a few, I did not even have to change a lightbulb in the 4 years I lived here! I loved the form of communication via text and email, so you never missed any upcoming apartment preventative maintenance visits and they always worked with what was best for you when it came to scheduling maintenance requests. The apartment grounds are kept very clean and are well lit outside so I always felt safe coming home late. My apartment building always had nice neighbors and noise was never a major issue. I like that the trash dumpsters were easy to get to from any apartment and were frequently emptied (or at least seemed to be as they were never overflowing for days). The surrounding neighborhood was great and growing too. I loved being able to walk up to the local grocery store if I needed something quick or having easy access to the Kill Creek Streamway trail. I miss KTEN Place often and know it will be the first place I look if I am ever in need of apartment living again. Thank you KTEN Place! :-)
