Nice affordable apartments
Had a friend recommend this apartment complex. Management is professional and very helpful with a responsive maintenance record. Building is clean and well maintained with convenient parking. I love the location near food, shops and entertainment.

Wasbash Landing Apartments
Wabash Landing is a socially mature place to live. Residents are from all over the world. Managers and Maintenance are trustworthy, dependable, reliable; they put forth extra effort. For the metro area, this location is prime.

Home sweet home- luxury apartments in the best location
I have lived here for 6 months- but lived in numerous apartments near the chauncey area on campus before moving in here. Let me tell you- what a difference. You are only a 7 minute walk to entertainment, but you don't hear it at all hours of the night. Its like the best thing about this place- you have everything at your fingertips, but yet its somehow tucked away in its own little nook.
The apartments themselves are renovated and clean- hardwood, thick granite, stainless steel, etc. The ONLY... con I have found is that the water is not purified (but thats just Indiana... not specific to this property) so the hard water is unavoidable in Indiana. Ceiling fans are a huge plus- central AC is amazing and works perfectly- FULL SIZE w/d is so hard to find so close to campus (usually it's all those huge communities off of highway 52)... and the building itself is very well maintained. They just renovated all the hallways. They clearly care about upkeep here.
Now my fave- the STAFF. Mindy and Amy are top notch. The maintenance guys are super friendly. I walk in all the time to pick up a package or put in a request and they always stop what they are doing to see how things are. Really nice people that genuinely care about their jobs and the people they see every day. I feel like in every other apartment I have lived in, the staff there hates their jobs- but it seems quite the opposite here :)
The other con about the building is the birds in the parking garage- a couple of them sit on my car and scratched it- but its not really something the building can help with. They already put some seed out to get the birds from coming back but pigeons will be pigeons I guess. :(
