A calm and quiet society, but fun during the festivals, its awesome to walk around and see the houses beautifully decorated in the festivals, summers have the sweet smell of bacon being grilled.
The landlady is so sweet, the maintenance is top notch , they provide free carpet cleaning every year, kid friendly playground where 1-9 year olds come together and play in groups.
Organized by the landlady there is a ice cream truck coming every august for free ice creams.

Best. Apartments. Ever.
If you are looking to move make sure you move to Orchard Ridge! It is the best apartment community I have lived at. It is very quiet and homey. They have a fitness center that is never too crowded and the pool is always pristine. Very clean property. 10/10 will recommend to everyone!

Doesn't Get Better Than This!
Orchard Ridge is the nicest property I have lived at. It is always immaculately clean, maintenance is amazing and never leaves me waiting long for any repairs (no matter how small lol), and Dena is always quick to solve any questions I have. I can't imagine living anywhere else!
