I've been living at Compass Pointe Apartments for a while now, and overall, it’s been a really solid experience. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and feels safe — which was one of my top priorities when choosing a place to live.

The apartment itself is comfortable and functional, with a good layout and decent updates. I appreciate that maintenance requests are usually handled fairly quickly and professionally. The grounds are kept clean, and the landscaping always looks nice.

What... really stands out is the location — it's super convenient, close to shopping, dining, and major roads, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking is usually easy, and I’ve had no major issues with neighbors or noise.

If you’re looking for a comfortable, safe, and conveniently located place to call home, Compass Pointe is definitely worth checking out.

I just renewed for my third lease here. Everyone is so helpful and you really get a lot of bang for your buck here. The neighborhood feels like its own little village. Sidewalks are very walkable and nice for a run. You get access to two pools (the pool at Windridge village as well as compass pointe) and two gyms. I wish there were some machines, stairstepper, a bar, and treadmills in the Windridge village gym because it’s bigger and less claustrophobic — then I could cancel my gym membership. ... The Halloween event here was really fun, and I’ve heard bingo is actually cool too. You get free valet trash and wifi here which is a big plus. I’ve never had an issue having anything repaired by maintenance or even having my appliances updated! They have a landscaping company that keeps the grounds looking nice all summer! Hopefully this year they put down some mulch as they dug a trench around the landscaping to prep for that last year. I think it would be really nice to have an outgoing mailbox in each building so that you don’t have to drop your mail off in the office. The office ladies are super nice and helpful! For the pool, let’s get some flat chairs so people can tan their back sides and lay on their stomachs! I’ve seen a few girls laying on their stomachs on the concrete so that they could get an even tan. Can we heat the pool so we can use it longer? And make the firepit free for renters? Or maybe get one free voucher for use of the firepit each summer? What about a community garden:) A gas grill? The patio area around the pool is really nice to use for gathering! I have lived at these apartments for about a year and it really depends on who you get at the office. Some of the office staff are helpful, but some are extremely rude. If there is a maintenance issue you should also count on calling multiple times. VERY icy sidewalks in the winter. They do not keep up on salting or plowing.

My favorite part about Compass Pointe is the people. Those that work in the office are friendly and helpful. Neighbors are welcoming and helpful.

I am going on my 4th year at this apartment complex. The office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance has always been amazing and really quick to respond to any issues. I'd definitely recommend this complex for rent.
