The original owners planned a hotel next to the apartments which now sits unfinished and an eye sore. They have sold the apartments to new ownership and they are even worse. Good luck getting in contact with anyone. My washing machine has been broken for 2 months and I sent multiple emails with no response. The service request link to report problems is still broken. I call the leasing office and it doesn't even ring. I have to pay $80 for parking and I do not even have a parking spot. Speedway... does not have paid parking anywhere else but Wilshaw. You also have no choice but to pay $28 for "valet trash" which doesn't come on weekends or holidays or if there is heavy snow or at the time they are meant to. The dumpster is right outside the doors anyway. The appliances are cheap and the apartments small and noisy. Do not waste your money.

Mediocre and have to pay to park
After renewing our lease with the promise that our rent would not increase, we are now being told that despite it not being stated in our lease that paying to park is REQUIRED, we will now risk being towed if we do not pay for the reserved parking. Outdoor surface parking is $80/month per vehicle. On top of this, we overpay for little amenities and a mediocre apartment. The location is really the only perk we get for living here. I am disappointed in Wilshaw.

Above and beyond
I cannot say enough great things about Wilshaw apartments. Working with Reina was a pleasure. When I first came to tour and find out my options she was so helpful and maintained a genuine connection with me. I did not feel pressured whatsoever and when I finally returned to begin the application process she was just as enthusiastic as the first time we met. The day I moved in she ensured I was well taken care of. I have had packages delivered to me from the day I moved in with no hassle. The... service I have received has been so professional and personalized to fit my needs. The property and amenities are so gorgeous and well built. I am happy to have found my new home here in Indy. Thank you!!!!

Nice Area
I have lived here for just over 2 weeks. These are very new apartments in nice area. The units are new and modern and come with pretty nice appliances. There were some issues on moving in with it being new construction but the maintenance team has been good at fixing the problems. The only negative so far has been setting up the internet. The installation of the fiber wire was not done correctly and it has been a challenge getting that issue resolved. Other than that issue it has been a... good place to live so far.
