I applied for one of their apartments earlier in the year, paid the application fee and brought in the required documents. The lady that I dealt with was very nice and pleasant. She checked everything and told me I was pre-approved for the waiting list. The next morning I received a call from someone else that worked there and she told me that I made too much money and so I wasn't qualified. I then preceded to question her about it and she said something that did not make any sense to me. She... said the reason I was not approved was that I made too much overtime at my job that took me over the required income level. I told her that I do not and never had I made any kind of overtime where I work and was not sure where she got her information. She checked my paystubs and agreed that she didn't see where I had made any overtime and that she would talk to her manager and get back with me. I never received a call, so I went back to their office and spoke with another lady about the situation. She looked around the office and said she couldn't locate my application and said she would try and find it and call me back on Monday since it was Friday when I went there. I received no call on Monday and haven't heard from them since. I don't know if this was a ploy to get one of their friends on the list ahead of anyone else or not. I just thought this was very strange and I wish I was a fly on the wall to see how they conduct business over there.

A wonderful place to call home
Belleville is a wonderful place to call home. If I did not have to relocate for work I would've never moved. Staff is very friendly and quick at addressing any issues I had in the past 4 years. It is very hard to find not only a beautiful complex, but also friendly Management. My only suggestions would be a pool.

cute but horrible
The staff is rude the apartment complex is clean and neat but the parks are so low grade that it makes me wonder what I am paying 650 for I like my apartment but I hate the service it takes forever to get something fixed I mean really what am I paying for?

Far away from town but easy to get to where I want
I love it out here. I have been here for two years. It gets noisy sometimes but the office people are quick to try and control it. I haven't had problems and it's quick to get to places I go to often. I just signed my third lease.
