This is a large 3 bedroom 2 story house with an eat in kitchen and bonus office/study space.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements before being considered for this property:
-No evictions in the past 2 years*
-No open collection... accounts*
-Verifiable income of at least 3x the rent (Section 8 may cover this requirement)
-No drug related, assault, or domestic charges

*Older evictions or past collection accounts require a double deposit

Section 8 is accepted on our properties, but we can only process one applicant RTA. It is first come first serve and the unit will not be put on hold for processing.
